Lead family discipleship at CLCC by supporting parents and children’s ministry for children ages 0–11. Use robust communication and volunteer leadership skills.

This pastoral position leads a healthy family and children’s ministry at CLCC. You will help parents become primary disciplers, oversee children’s ministry, and develop ministry leaders. The work includes weekly services, family small groups, events, outreach, and collaboration with Merge Youth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement family discipleship processes with lead and associate pastors
- Support parents as primary disciplers of their children
- Oversee children’s ministry and build parent relationships
- Recruit and train nursery, Pre-K, and Kids Ministry teams
- Support outreach,



newborn families, and parenting initiatives

Requirements:

- Theological and biblical literacy aligned with POAC Essential Truths
- Love for Jesus and the local church
- Organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and empower volunteers
- Theology, pastoral studies, or children’s ministry education is an asset

Serve CLCC families through pastoral leadership, parent support, children’s ministry oversight, and volunteer development.
