Deliver fast, accurate food and beverage orders at Scotiabank Arena while serving fans with strong communication and customer service skills. Evening event work is required.

As an In-Seat Expediter with MLSE’s Food & Beverage team, you will support service during various events. The role focuses on preparing orders according to standard, coordinating with runners, order takers, supervisors, and bartenders, and maintaining protected, organized operations. You will contribute to the fan experience across MLSE venues while following service, health, and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare food and beverage orders quickly according to standards
- Communicate efficiently with service team members about orders




- Practice safe food handling principles during service
- Complete opening and closing duties as needed
- Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized

Requirements:

- Required Smart Serve certification and legal serving age
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven outstanding customer service ability
- Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds upstairs
- Strong communication, detail, and multitasking skills
