This Sandwich Maker position serves customers while maintaining food quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, and portion standards. The work includes fruit and vegetable preparation, sandwich assembly, food storage, and cleaning. You will follow written recipes and instructions, manage a heavy workload, and support service in a team or independently. The schedule is ten-hour days on a twenty-days-on, ten-days-off rotation, with travel and accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits and vegetables
- Complete sandwich recipes according to required standards
- Store food using dating, wrapping, safety,



and rotation procedures
- Serve customers efficiently while following service steps
