The Shift Supervisor assists management with subordinate activities, associate productivity, assigned work, directions, and scheduling coverage. This position monitors corporate standards while encouraging strong sales and customer service performance. It also supports training, procedures, safety, and food sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor subordinate activities and coordinate hourly associate breaks
- Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures
- Coordinate on-the-job training for current associates
- Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures




- Resolve customer complaints consistently with company policy

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent GED
- At least six months supervisory or lead experience
- Ability to understand instructions, correspondence, and policy documents
- Food and beverage, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
