Serve White Cap customers through inside sales and delivery driving, using order processing, product knowledge, and customer service skills. No travel is required.

This role provides customer service while generating current sales opportunities for White Cap. You will respond to order and quotation requests, process transactions, and deliver products. The position also includes answering product questions, communicating features and warranties, and supporting showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Respond to counter, telephone, email, and fax requests
- Process orders, quotes, prices, and order information
- Upsell related products, extensions, and promotions
- Drive delivery vans to designated locations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Zero to two years of relevant experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Delivery driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry eight to forty pounds
