Schlegel Villages seeks a Housekeeping Team Member for its retirement community. The position involves caring for residents’ personal items, time management, teamwork, and a respectful attitude. Training is provided, and long-term care or retirement home experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle residents’ personal items with care and respect
- Support the resident-centered social culture
- Work collaboratively with the Village team
- Maintain exceptional time management in daily duties
- Work effectively in a rapid-paced environment

Requirements:

- Permanent full-time availability for 70 hours bi-weekly
- Comfort lifting 15 to 25 pounds
- Caring, respectful attitude toward residents and families
- Ability to collaborate with team members
- Long-term care or retirement home experience is an asset
