GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Dispensing Technician reports directly to the Color Manufacturing Manager and is responsible for preparing production batches and wet samples for color formulations within a controlled environment. Follow all safety procedures, understand all safety equipment, and adhere to company policies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accurately and quickly dispense, correct, and produce color batches and samples from prescribed formulas and materials.
- Prepare color samples.
- Use related processing equipment (paint shakers, drawdown tables, and scales).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Fill and maintain an inventory of supplies.
- Clean and maintain all equipment and work environment.
- Perform other departmental duties or tasks as requested.
- Recall,



input and save accurate color data using the iMatch software on a computer.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Excellent attention to detail.
- General mechanical aptitude is an asset.
- Ability to multitask.
- Valuable time management skills are required.
- Able to work independently and as a team member.
- Excellent attendance history and positive work attitude are required.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

- High School Diploma or Level 12 G.E.D.
- Dispensing Technician or related experience as an asset.

SHIFTS:

- Evenings , Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:15 pm
- Nights , Sunday to Thursday, from 11:00 pm to 7:15 am
