Provide resident care as a Health Care Aide at AgeCare Walden Heights in Calgary, applying safe basic care skills under nursing supervision. This regular part-time role offers 0.60 FTE employment.

As an HCA, you will collaborate with the care team and Licensed Practical Nurse to support resident comfort, well-being, and daily needs. Your work includes personal care, transfers, meals, routine treatments, and movement throughout the facility. AgeCare has served supportive communities for over 25 years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bath, shower, and wash residents using water temperature procedures
- Assist transfers using lifts, transfer belts, and protective equipment
- Feed residents and follow care-plan dietary instructions




- Provide routine treatments under Staff Nurse direction
- Accompany residents to dining, therapy, and recreation activities

Requirements:

- Recognized PCA or HCA certificate course completion
- Active CLHA registration
- Fluent English communication, orally and in writing
- One year continuing care experience preferred
- Post-secondary education considered an asset
