As a Cook, you will prepare food for independent and assisted living residents across Levante Living’s retirement portfolio. The work includes volume food preparation, catering, special events, dietary accommodations, documentation, and sanitary food service practices. You will help maintain consistent culinary operations and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up equipment and supplies based on menus
- Prepare standardized recipes and prescribed diets
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas
- Document temperatures and assigned menu changes




- Maintain clean environments using infection control principles

Requirements:

- Minimum one year volume food preparation experience
- Hospitality or retirement home industry experience
- Sensitivity to seniors’ dietary needs
- Valid Secure Food Handling Certificate
- Minimum Grade 12 and English communication skills
