Provide personal care and daily living support as a part time Health Care Aide with Extendicare, following supervisor direction and care plans.

This Health Care Aide supports residents and clients while meeting Extendicare standards, policies, and procedures. The work includes personal care, hygiene, mobility assistance, observation, reporting, and family support. Experience with seniors in community health services is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow care plans determined by the supervisor
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living
- Support ambulation, transfers, mobilization, and adaptive aids
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Maintain confidentiality and safe, clean environments

Requirements:

- Health Care Aide program or provincial equivalent certificate
- Experience working with seniors in community health services
- Solid written, oral, interpersonal, and customer focus skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and transfer clients

Support residents with personal care, mobility assistance, observation, and respectful communication as an Extendicare Health Care Aide.
