Support Club Monaco’s urban casual fashion experience as a Key Holder, using customer service and sales skills at the TEC location. Training begins at Sherway Gardens before the September store opening.

This Key Holder supports company and store goals while developing professional retail skills. Responsibilities span clienteling, data capture, merchandising, inventory, loss prevention, and people development. The position also supports managers with customer experience, operations, and employee training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Protect customer experience and maintain a welcoming environment
- Drive clienteling, data capture, and personal sales goals
- Supervise sales floors and develop sales associates
- Complete opening, closing, returns,



and inventory procedures
- Maintain merchandising, stock, and sales floor standards

Requirements:

- Minimum one to two years of retail experience
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
- Solid planning, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to make timely autonomous and group decisions
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift approximately twenty pounds
