Support children’s development as an Early Childhood Educator at BrightPath Kids in Acadia, Alberta, working full-time with no evenings or weekends.

As an Early Childhood Educator Level 1, 2, or 3, you will work alongside teachers and families. You will create a home away from home through BrightPath’s curriculum, child assessment, and cooperative relationships. The role includes professional development and classroom organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement BrightPath’s child development curriculum
- Maintain environments protecting children’s well-being
- Assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs
- Discuss children’s progress with parents and staff
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organized materials

Requirements:

- Early Childhood Education Level 3 Certification or B.Ed./equivalent
- Meet provincial childcare employment requirements
- Current Standard First Aid certification
- Current infant child CPR certification
- Current immunization and health assessment
