As a Game Facilitator, you will guide customers through check-in and gameplay at 2929 Sunridge Way NE. You will keep experiences flowing, support game operations, and help maintain the store. The role suits energetic, social candidates comfortable addressing groups and tackling technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brief new groups before their gaming experience
- Observe gameplay and provide timely customer assistance
- Handle malfunctions with leader support
- Verify appointments and process customer transactions
- Clean facilities, lockers, lounges, and washrooms

Requirements:

- High school diploma, CAEC, GED, or equivalent
- Customer service experience considered an asset
- Solid communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work shifts from 8 am to 1 am
