Job Description
The Warehouse Associate packs Nespresso coffee sleeves into shipping boxes according to order requirements, using pick-to-light systems and SKU-specific instructions. This role focuses on accurate, high-volume order fulfillment while maintaining quality standards and working independently at a designated packing station.
Responsibilities
Pack Nespresso coffee sleeves into shipping boxes in accordance with specific order requirements.
Follow pick-to-light systems and SKU-specific instructions to ensure accurate item selection and packing.
Inspect products for accuracy, damage, and overall quality before packing and shipping.
Work independently at an assigned packing station while maintaining consistent productivity.
Stand, walk, and perform repetitive packing and picking tasks throughout the shift.
Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and process inventory for orders.
Operate pallet jacks to move products and materials safely within the warehouse as needed.
Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time to support daily warehouse operations.
Meet and maintain an average productivity target of approximately 60 orders per hour.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
Essential Skills
Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience, preferably in order picking, packing, or fulfillment.
Demonstrated ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail when following order requirements and SKU-specific instructions.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods during the shift.




Reliable attendance and dependability in meeting scheduled work hours.
Experience using RF scanners for inventory and order processing.
Ability to safely use pallet jacks in a warehouse setting.
Basic understanding of warehouse inventory processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with pick-to-light systems is an advantage.
Previous experience in fulfillment or e-commerce environments is beneficial.
Comfort working independently while meeting defined productivity goals.
Ability to maintain an average productivity of approximately 60 orders per hour.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, well-organized warehouse environment that emphasizes safety and efficiency. The standard shift runs Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Team members work at designated packing stations, use RF scanners and pallet jacks, and handle warehouse inventory in a fast-paced setting that requires extended periods of standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mississauga, ON.
Pay and Advantages
The pay range for this position is $18.15 - $18.15/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
