What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Cochrane team, you'll:

- Deliver quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
- Consult with guests to understand their preferred styles
- Create a friendly, welcoming experience during every visit
- Stay current with barbering techniques, trends, and products
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Work alongside your teammates to keep the shop running smoothly
- Build lasting relationships with guests through great service

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in connecting with Barbers and Hairstylists who have:

- Alberta Journeyperson certification or registered apprenticeship in Barber or Hairstylist
- Experience with men's cutting and grooming techniques
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to support their team
- An interest in ongoing learning and professional development
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
