Reporting to the Front End Lead, this Front End Team Member supports takeout, delivery, catering, and customer pickup operations. You will manage order flow, communicate with kitchen staff, prepare handoffs, and maintain organized guest areas. The role reflects the bistro's Indigenous-owned and operated workplace and cultural respect.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests professionally and with cultural respect
- Take orders accurately in person, by phone, or app
- Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff
- Prepare, verify, package, and distribute orders
- Operate POS and process cash, debit, and credit transactions

Requirements:

- Customer service or restaurant experience is an asset
- Cash handling and POS experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
