As a Continuous Improvement Intern, you will contribute to a strategic improvement project within ABB’s Reliagear, Electrification, and Smart Power activities. You will work with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify bottlenecks, improve material handling, and support manufacturing operations. The internship provides hands-on experience in process optimization and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze material flow from reception through packaging
- Support process improvements for material handling efficiency
- Participate in lean initiatives reducing waste
- Document processes, visual standards,



and operating instructions
- Monitor material availability, cycle time, and inventory turnover

Requirements:

- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or technical diploma
- Studying industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Good communication and organizational skills
