Welcome GoodLife Fitness Members as a part time Customer Service Representative in Windsor, Ontario, using customer service and fitness knowledge daily.

The Motivator is the first Associate many Members and Potential Members meet at the Club. You will greet arrivals, manage check-ins, answer calls, support questions, and maintain positive experiences. The position also includes memberships, services, amenities, and Fit-Fix Starter sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet Members and Potential Members warmly at Club arrival
- Check Members in for workouts and direct visitors
- Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Resolve Member questions, concerns, and information updates
- Complete cleaning tasks and Fit-Fix Starter sessions

Requirements:

- CPR-A and AED Certification
- Smart Tan certification within three months of employment
- Knowledge of the fitness industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and customer service skills
