Operate mixing equipment at Chudleigh’s in Milton, Ontario, supporting food production with accuracy, safety, and attention to detail. This is an onsite, full-time position.

As a Junior Mixing Operator, you will support daily production schedules and maintain food safety, quality, and documentation standards. The work includes following work orders and SOPs, scanning production data, and meeting quality parameters. Weekend availability and adaptable shifts are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify batch specifications and scan production data accurately
- Follow work orders, SOPs, and established procedures
- Operate mixing and cooking equipment safely
- Maintain production documentation and reporting
- Support changeovers and promptly elevate issues

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and OHSA
- Attention to detail and equipment operation skills
- Basic math and communication skills
- Weekend availability and flexible shift scheduling
