As a Branch Inside Sales Support Representative, you will support contractors, builders, and retail stores through customer service and order processing. You will develop product knowledge across Gentek’s exterior home improvement materials, including siding and windows. The position requires accurate communication, computer proficiency, and careful documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers entering the branch or calling by phone
- Answer questions about Gentek materials and services
- Enter and process orders through Gentek’s system




- Provide product availability and delivery status information
- Maintain accurate customer and order documentation

Requirements:

- Mandatory bilingual French and English communication skills
- Completed high school certificate required
- Computer proficiency and sequence reading skills
- Ability to follow standards, requirements, and processes
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and interact respectfully
