This Vice-President-level Principal Data and Analytics Engineering position supports Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Securities Group. You will enable divisional GenAI use cases across business enablement, modernization, cyber, and at-scale initiatives. The work includes reusable architectures, AI platforms, data pipelines, governance, and operational controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, lead, and mentor developers while setting engineering standards
- Prioritize GenAI use cases with business and technology teams
- Industrialize solutions from proof of concept to production platforms
- Design architectures using LLMs,

Requirements:

- At least ten years of software development experience
