As a Bilingual Automotive Technical Specialist, you will investigate claims and assess vehicle condition for fair, evidence-based resolutions. Your work combines hands-on industry experience, technical analysis, conflict resolution, negotiation, and CRM software. You will communicate with customers and teams in English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify vehicle condition data from inspection reports
- Investigate and resolve customer arbitration claims
- Explain technical resolution bases clearly to customers
- Mediate disputes and negotiate repairs or pricing

Requirements:

- Bilingual English and French communication skills
