As Vice President, Technology and Innovation Partners, you will own partner strategy, performance, and commercial outcomes. Guide Microsoft, global payroll, ISV, and Dayforce Build motions while connecting product, technology, and go-to-market priorities. Lead four senior leaders across the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own resell bookings, partner pipeline, and marketplace revenue
- Scale partner solutions, pricing, packaging, and commercial terms
- Lead Microsoft, global payroll, ISV, and Build strategies
- Move Dayforce Exchange toward a transactable partner model




- Connect partner builds with revenue and field execution

Requirements:

- 15+ years in enterprise software experience
- 7+ years leading technology partnerships or ecosystem businesses
- Track record growing partner revenue, resell, or OEM models
- Experience with marketplaces, developer platforms, or app ecosystems
- Technical depth across APIs, integrations, cloud, and AI
