Support patient access and coach Field Case Managers remotely from Canada, using clinical judgment and reimbursement expertise across your region.

As a senior individual contributor, you will guide complex case management and strengthen consistent patient support program delivery. You will mentor colleagues, support onboarding, and provide clinical and operational guidance. The work includes specialty pharmacy workflows, documentation, quality assurance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide colleagues through complex patient access and reimbursement challenges
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and practical field guidance
- Support onboarding, training, and resource development
- Assist with audits, KPI monitoring, and quality activities




- Maintain a small patient caseload and accurate documentation

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or equivalent qualification
- At least three years of Field Case Manager experience
- Experience providing peer mentorship, training, or coaching
- Understanding of reimbursement, prior authorization, and specialty pharmacy workflows
- Valid driver's license, vehicle access, and regional travel availability
