Drive outbound sales for Lightspeed’s hospitality platform across NOAM, using prospecting and consultative demonstrations to create qualified opportunities. Own each deal from outreach through close.

As an Outbound Account Executive, you will build pipeline through cold calling, personalized email, and social selling. You will position Lightspeed POS and Payments for hospitality venues, manage Salesforce data, and forecast opportunities accurately. The role combines discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with Lead Development, Onboarding, and Account Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage high-potential hospitality venues across NOAM
- Build pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting




- Lead tailored demonstrations through screen-sharing
- Manage sales processes from discovery through close
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records and opportunity stages

Requirements:

- Experience building pipeline through outbound sales motions
- Ability to manage, forecast, and exceed sales targets
- Experience owning full-cycle sales from first touch to close
- Robust discovery skills and structured deal management
- Fluency in English as a working language
