Lead strategic operations for Instacart Online Grocery remotely across Canada, partnering with the General Manager through executive communication and program management.

As Chief of Staff, you will support a product and R&D; organization of approximately 200 people. You will improve operating rhythms, decision-making, planning, and organizational health. The work spans product, design, research, engineering, and technical program management while serving as a trusted partner to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own leadership meetings, business reviews, planning reviews, and communications
- Improve decision frameworks, clarify priorities, and track commitments
- Prepare executive briefings and coordinate research for key meetings




- Drive annual planning and ambiguous priority programs
- Partner with HR and finance on headcount budgets

Requirements:

- 10+ years of skilled experience
- Direct, adjacent, or Chief of Staff R&D; experience
- Executive experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or finance
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and program management skills
- Ability to travel 10%
