Lead defense sales for Octasic in Ottawa, using military expertise and technically complex solutions to support Canadian mission requirements.

As Sales Manager, Canadian Armed Forces, you will develop Octasic’s Canadian defense growth strategy. You will engage DND, CAF, DRDC, and industry partners across EW, SIGINT, cyber, and CEMA. The role owns account strategy, pipeline development, capture execution, customer relationships, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop multi-year DND and CAF growth plans
- Own targets, forecasts, pricing, negotiations, and closures
- Build pipelines across products, evaluations, integrations, and programs
- Lead capture strategies, stakeholder mapping, and proposal direction
- Represent Octasic with customers and defense partners

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military or defense experience
- At least eight years’ complex defense sales experience
- Understanding of CAF operations and DND decision-making
- Experience with Canadian procurement and defense partners
- Ability to obtain required Canadian security clearances
