- Own employee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, perks, and access management
- Manage IT equipment, asset registers, device policies, and software access
- Oversee employment compliance across Canada, the US, and contractor markets
- Maintain policies, procedures,

- Build structured workflows, checklists, and tracking systems from scratch

Requirements:

- Four to seven years in business or people operations
- Experience supporting venture-backed or scaling technology organisations
- Strong knowledge of Quebec employment legislation and compliance requirements
- Fluency in French and English
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
