This hands-on technologist designs, develops, tests, and deploys Java applications supporting business needs and architectural enhancements. The work spans existing and recent Sanctions initiatives, with emphasis on scalable, high-performance systems. Financial domain knowledge, AML, and Customer Risk Ranking familiarity are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications
- Support Sanctions enhancements and infrastructure improvements
- Analyze requirements with global teams and design solutions
- Maintain code quality, performance, and scalability
- Participate in Scrum, TDD, CI, and CD practices

Requirements:

- Six-plus years of Core Java experience
- Advanced Java and Spring Boot development expertise
- RESTful, SOAP, XML, JSON, and programming knowledge
- Relational database experience with SQL and DB2 query tuning
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
