As Country Manager, you oversee the Canadian ADx organization and its growth strategy. You guide Sales, Marketing, Applications, Commercial Operations, and Customer Support. The mandate includes revenue, profitability, market share, customer experience, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Canadian ADx growth strategies aligned with global priorities
- Lead commercial activities across instruments, software, and informatics
- Maintain full P&L; responsibility for the Canadian business
- Build executive relationships with customers and healthcare stakeholders




- Represent Canada on regional and global leadership teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, business, or related discipline
- Ten-plus years’ progressive leadership experience in relevant industries
- Proven commercial organization leadership and P&L; responsibility
- Understanding of Canadian healthcare, diagnostics, and laboratory markets
- Robust strategic, financial, communication, and negotiation skills
