Lead Cribl’s Enterprise Solutions Engineering organization remotely from Canada or the United States, combining technical pre-sales leadership with AI-focused automation.

This director role guides Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl’s full platform. You will shape go-to-market strategy, improve Proof of Value conversion, and support enterprise platform selling. The work spans Stream, Edge, Lake, Search, Cribl.Cloud, and emerging AI and agentic telemetry use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead Solutions Engineers and SE Managers
- Design recruiting, enablement, career pathing, and retention strategies
- Champion AI and automation across pre-sales workflows
- Partner with sales leadership on quota and consumption targets




- Coordinate cross-functional resources and executive presentations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five-plus years’ experience
- Customer-facing pre-sales leadership experience at a software company
- Experience leading SE Managers through platform-selling motions
- Experience supporting complex, multi-year enterprise deals
- Ability to travel approximately thirty percent
