Adastra seeks a senior-level Lead SAS/Python Developer for large-scale workload migration. You will guide decommissioning, interpret complex SAS programs, and modernize analytical processes. The work spans technical leadership, hands-on development, automation, governance, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAS program, dataset, and process migrations
- Develop, test, and maintain Python applications
- Build Unix automation and data processing pipelines
- Establish coding standards and reusable development patterns

Requirements:

- Senior or lead software development experience
