This Senior Product Manager assignment sits within Sophos’s broad Accelerating AI team. You will own a specific product surface, with scope determined by portfolio priority, candidate strengths, and team fit. The work spans discovery, prototyping, delivery, adoption, safety, and commercial readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define priorities from product concept through customer launch
- Convert customer feedback and usage data into roadmap decisions
- Use AI tooling to prototype and expose product risks
- Drive experimentation across onboarding and engagement
- Provide executive, field, launch, and QBR communications

Requirements:

- Five or more years of product or related experience
- Direct experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and model selection
- Experience balancing latency, quality, and hallucination mitigation
- Hands-on action in ambiguous product spaces
- Experience with agentic systems is strongly preferred
