As a Cook I with Vancouver Island Health Authority, you will work under the Manager or designate in kitchen and patient areas.

The position prepares wide-ranging food items through roasting, frying, grilling, steaming, poaching, boiling, and baking.

You will portion meals, operate dishwashing equipment, perform cleaning duties, and contribute to patient safety and quality improvement.
