As Production Shift Team Lead at Elring

Klinger, you will manage employees functionally and disciplinarily across assigned shifts.

The work includes coordinating tasks, maintaining shop floor management information, and addressing production wastage.

You will also support improvements to production and organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities: Manage employees disciplinarily and functionally during production shifts
Assign employees according to the qualification matrix
Coordinate tasks and shift changes effectively
Record wastage and work through production improvements




Provide employee instruction, training, and occupational safety instruction
Requirements: Ability to ensure compliance with workplace instructions
Ability to maintain shift information in shop floor management
Ability to coordinate employees and production tasks
Ability to ensure work-related regulations are followed
Ability to address workplace accidents and sick reporting
