The Vacuum Truck Operator supports GFL’s Vacuum Truck Services team across diverse industrial activities.

Work includes hydro excavating, confined space entry, spill cleanup, line flushing, power washing, water hauling, and fluid or material hauling.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, teamwork, environmental compliance, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities: Safely operate vacuum equipment in industrial settings
Perform hydro excavating, spill cleanup, and line flushing
Complete equipment pre-trips and NSC-compliant driver logs




Maintain accurate documentation accompanying completed work
Participate in safety meetings and hazard assessments
Requirements: Valid Commercial Driver’s Licence
Two years’ industrial vacuum truck or hydro-excavating experience
Safety-focused industrial work experience
Ability to perform minor unit maintenance
Valid safety tickets considered an asset
Bring vacuum equipment operation, customer service, documentation, and safety skills to GFL’s industrial service operations.
