As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will work within a collaborative European accounting team serving property-related operations.

The role covers supplier invoices, purchase-order matching, banking payments, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities: Match invoices with purchase orders and work orders
Liaise with property managers for supporting documentation
Raise payments and complete weekly payment runs




Respond to supplier queries and reconcile vendor accounts
Identify improvements to invoice processing procedures
Requirements: Minimum three years in a dedicated accounts payable role
Robust invoice processing and payment-run experience
Experience across multiple accounting systems and Excel
Ability to manage competing deadlines independently
Real estate experience or AAT qualification advantageous
