To meet our customer’s needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm AST## Accountabilities:* Review insurance policy and coverages* Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability* Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices.* Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops),



other insurance companies and law enforcement## ## Qualifications:* Bilingual in French* Minimum high school education or equivalent* Adjusting License Level 1 or equivalent* 1 - 3 years handling complex automobile claims is required* Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies* Commitment to providing outstanding customer service* Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy## ## Bonus Qualifications:* Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation#LI-JE1**Skills**Auto Insurance Claims, Customer Service, Damage Assessment, Detail-Oriented, Documentations, Estimatics, Fraud Investigations, Insurance, Time Management**Compensation**Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 44,454.00 - 67,890.00 annually.
