Key Responsibilities: Execute strategies supporting revenue, market growth, pipeline, and partnership objectives
Identify and pursue opportunities across targeted industries and regions
Build prospect pipelines through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach




Develop relationships with decision-makers, advisors, and community organizations
Support proposals, presentations, and complex sales pursuits
Requirements: Post-secondary education in business, insurance, or related studies
Five to ten years of progressive insurance experience required
Experience building referral networks and strategic partnerships
Experience supporting revenue or market share growth
Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker Level II General Insurance License
