Position: PeopleSoft Systems Analyst

Location:
Toronto, ON Job ID#: RQ11680 Duration: 10 Months Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft SystemsAnalyst to support a business-critical Human Capital Management (HCM)environment. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams andstakeholders to analyze business requirements, design system solutions, supportoperational needs, and deliver enhancements within a large-scale PeopleSoftecosystem. This role is ideal for an experienced PeopleSoftprofessional with solid expertise in HCM, system analysis, design, upgrades,and enterprise-level application support.

Key Responsibilities
- Workwith project teams to develop business systems and applications that alignwith business priorities and operational needs.
- Analyzebusiness requirements related to Human Resources programs and servicedelivery processes.
- Providebusiness systems consulting expertise and guidance on the effective use ofPeopleSoft technologies.
- Recommendsystem configurations and development approaches that best meet businessrequirements.
- Providetechnical expertise and advice on complex systems analysis and designinitiatives.
- Leadand coordinate the development of production support procedures.
- Supportongoing production and operational activities.
- EvaluateERP technology options and provide recommendations outlining advantagesand disadvantages of alternative solutions.
- Collaboratewith stakeholders to identify process improvements and recommend effectivesystem solutions.
- Participatein enterprise HCM system modernization and optimization initiatives. Required Qualifications PeopleSoft Expertise
- Extensiveexperience with PeopleSoft HCM technologies.
- Strongunderstanding of system design principles and methodologies.
