Lead wholesale sales growth for Bélanger across Alberta and British Columbia, using account development and strong plumbing distribution relationships. Alberta residency is required. This Business Development Manager role focuses on expanding existing customer business and developing new accounts across the territory. You will work with wholesalers, distributors, plumbers, contractors, showrooms, and designers. Success requires independent business development, organized sales activity, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales with existing customers through account development
- Develop current business opportunities and customer accounts
- Present Bélanger products, launches, and sales opportunities




- Work with representatives and internal teams on market opportunities
- Maintain forecasts, customer information, and development activity

Requirements:
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Minimum three years of relevant sales or account management experience
- Existing plumbing wholesaler and distributor relationships strongly preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented
- Willingness to travel throughout Alberta and British Columbia, up to 50% Use wholesale sales leadership, customer development, and plumbing distribution knowledge to expand Bélanger’s business throughout Western Canada.
