Lead Voyageur’s Dash 8-300 operations as Pilot-in-Command, applying decisive flight leadership and operational control. Support protected, compliant, on-time domestic flying. As a Domestic Captain, you will operate within CARs Subpart 705 while maintaining Dash 8 qualifications and currency. You will mentor crew members, coordinate with Dispatch, ATC, Flight Service Stations, and customers, and engage actively with Voyageur’s Safety and Risk Management system. The work includes flight planning, documentation, emergency preparation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Dash 8-300 safely as Pilot-in-Command
- Brief crews on routes, weather, concerns, and safety items
- Maintain operational control and delegate crew duties effectively




- Coordinate with Dispatch, ATC, stations, and customers
- Complete flight plans, paperwork, manuals, and safety briefings

Requirements:
- Valid Transport Canada compliant ATPL for Dash 8 operations
- 2,000-plus total flight hours
- 1,000-plus multi-engine Pilot-in-Command hours
- 500-plus turboprop or turbofan PIC hours over 12,500 pounds
- Overnight availability, domestic travel, work eligibility, and background check Bring Dash 8-300 command, regulatory knowledge, crew leadership, and safety focus to Voyageur’s domestic aviation operations.
