A live-in PSW is required for a 73 year old male. Every weekend from Saturday morning until Monday morning (48 hours). A driver license, first aid certificate, and police check is required. He lives in his own home in a very nice neighborhood in Burlington. There is a private bedroom and bathroom for the caregiver. He has had a stroke and has Parkinson symptoms. He needs assistance with bathing and toileting. Light housekeeping is required as well as meal preparation. Assistance with occasional grocery shopping is required. He uses a walker for mobility but frequently requires assistance with getting up and sitting down. He often requires assistance overnight. Payment of $500 is made by cheque every weekend. A minimum of 5 years experience is required. PLEASE - no agencies or representatives. We want to deal directly with the caregiver.
