Lead customer quotations with Gescan, using Microsoft Office and product knowledge to support electrical projects across Western Canada’s distribution network.

This quotation-focused position supports Gescan’s Sales Department by preparing information for products and projects.

You will prioritize requests, communicate with vendors, and prepare bids for customer needs.

The work also includes contracts, project records, and meeting participation.

Key Responsibilities: Prioritize quotation requests from customers
Request vendor pricing for required products
Prepare bids for projects
Update project quotation records and calendars
Provide product and project information
Requirements: High School Diploma required
University or College Diploma considered an asset
Microsoft Office knowledge required
Up to three years related experience
Product knowledge or industry experience preferred
Support Gescan customers and sales representatives through accurate quotations, vendor communication, bids, contracts, and electrical product information.
