You will support the Physician Compensation Team within Finance and Medical Staff Contracts & Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities: Support complex contract process development and strategic review
Advise managers on contractual decisions and termination policies
Recommend data and process improvements for medical billing revenues
Guide billing and reporting implementation for new contracts




Resolve complex payment issues and analyze strategic reports
Requirements: Thorough knowledge of physician compensation practices
Knowledge of Ministry of Health processes and systems
