Build Accounts Payable experience with Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada) in Toronto through a hybrid Winter 2027 placement.

This full-time Co-op supports the Lindt Canada Accounts Payable team from January through April 2027.

You will assist with invoices, indirect expenses, vendor inquiries, and statement reconciliation.

The placement includes collaboration across Accounts Payable, Intercompany factories, Supply Planning, and Packaging teams.

Key Responsibilities: Match intercompany invoices with receipts in SAP
Match co-pack, labor, and packaging invoices in SAP
Process indirect expenses using Basware
Reconcile statements and respond to vendor inquiries
Complete administrative tasks as requested
Requirements: Current finance or accounting co-operative program enrollment
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with foreign currency transactions
Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot

Bring organized, analytical Accounts Payable support to Lindt Canada while developing SAP, Basware, and Excel experience in Toronto.
