Theatre Alberta is seeking a Volunteer Services Coordinator for the Edmonton Fringe, to lead 1200+ volunteers and shape a memorable Fringe experience.
This salaried role will mentor volunteers, develop policies and programs, and provide hands-on training while analyzing trends to forecast needs for the Fringe Festival, shows, and events.
Required: undergraduate degree in Arts & Cultural Management or related field, 5 years supervisory experience, robust organizational and leadership skills;
