Lead commercial facilities maintenance for Cornerstone Co-op in Vermilion, Alberta, supporting HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.

Travel across regional locations is required.

As Facilities Supervisor, you will report to the Facilities Manager and support daily operations across Cornerstone Co-op facilities.

The work includes preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, improvement projects, contractors, vendors, and facilities documentation.

You will also support planning, budgeting, vehicles, seasonal maintenance, and events.

Key Responsibilities: Support daily maintenance and operation of Cornerstone Co-op facilities
Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and improvement projects
Manage contractors, vendors, quotes, materials, contracts, and compliance




Process and code work orders and invoices in Limble CMMS
Coordinate vehicles, seasonal maintenance, after-hours needs, and event setups
Requirements: Three to five years of hands-on general maintenance experience
Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating, and building systems
Valid Class 5 licence and satisfactory five-year driver abstract
Robust computer skills; CMMS experience is an asset
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 pounds
