North Central Co-op is seeking a Meat Supervisor for Retail Store Operations.

You will support the Meat Manager while overseeing daily department performance, inventory control, ordering, receiving, and merchandising.

The position also involves customer concern follow-up and team member development.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Meat Manager across all meat operations
Oversee daily operations and maintain excellent customer service
Control inventory, ordering, and department receiving
Ensure accurate meat department tagging, pricing, and merchandising
Train team members and follow up on customer concerns
Requirements: Retail Meat Department experience
Previous Retail Produce experience
Retail Team Leadership experience is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
