Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Seven-plus years of shop floor manufacturing engineering experience
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Strong equipment knowledge and CAD experience
- Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, analytical, and communication skills Use automation, CAD, and manufacturing expertise to stabilize Windsor production of safety-critical automotive powertrain components.
